The best way to get support is to contact the help desk. Normal help desk hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM CST, except for nationally recognized holidays. Email may also be answered outside of normal support hours.

Training is available in person and with online webinars, for both new and established customers, and for individuals or groups. We normally do not charge for training but reserve the right to start charging for in person training in the future. We offer training tailored for both regular users and administrators, and we can accommodate up to 100 participants per online webinar.
